Track Usage

Non-commercial use

You may use any of my original tracks (those that are not remixes or bootlegs) listed on my SoundCloud, YouTube, or Spotify accounts, unless clearly stated otherwise in the track’s description. Any non-commercial usage of my tracks require credit, preferably in the form of “Artist - Track Title” and a link to the source of the track (if possible).

Non-commercial usage includes:

If there are any other non-commercial projects you’d like to use my tracks for, please contact me at contact@redside.moe, or message me on Discord at “redside”.

Commercial use

Commercial use of my tracks usually require a one time licensing fee or royalty split, agreed to in writing. Commercial usage of any of my pre-existing tracks would always be a non-exclusive agreement, meaning that I still retain full rights to the track, and I would be allowed to licence the track to other parties in the future.

To discuss any commercial use of my tracks, contact me through Email or Discord.

Commissions

I’m able to produce a track of any length for any purpose, as long as it fits my general style. This includes arrangement, recording, mixing, and mastering. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

My usual rate is $300 USD for a ~3 minute track. The rate for shorter or longer tracks can be discussed. In general, I keep all rights to the commissioned track, however master copyright transfer can be arranged for an extra fee.

For any commission, I keep the rights to post and monetize the track on social media and music sharing platforms.

For more info, or to commission a track from me, contact me through Email or Discord.
